Client's wife asked me point blank about his balding. I froze.
My regular, John, has been losing hair fast. His wife came into the shop alone. She looked worried and asked if it was serious. I almost told her the truth. But John never gave me permission to talk. So I said nothing useful. She left looking more stressed. I still think about it. Should I have said something?
