Update: I read that 40% of people still use checks for at least one bill each month
Found that in a Federal Reserve report from last quarter, which honestly blew my mind. I thought checks were basically gone except for my grandma. Anyone else surprised by how much old-school payment methods are still hanging around?

Yeah, that "blew my mind" part is exactly how I felt. My landlord still only takes checks, which is a real pain every month.

Checks only, that's brutal. I have to mail one to a property management company and I'm always paranoid it'll get lost. It feels so outdated when everything else is automatic. You'd think they'd at least set up a basic online portal by now.

I used to think it was fine, but now it drives me crazy too!
