My local credit union finally won me over with their new app
I used to swear by my big bank for years because they had a nicer mobile app. But last week I walked into my credit union branch and they helped me fix a fraud alert in 10 minutes flat with a real person. Has anyone else switched to a smaller bank or credit union and found the service way better than they expected?

Never let me down" is a strong claim @the_nina. Give it time though. Banks are only nice until they aren't.
