Paid $40 for a 'hole repair kit' that was just a roll of duct tape
Found this weird little package at a garage sale in Tucson claiming to fix drywall holes with zero mess, and it turned out to be exactly that, a $1 roll of tape with a fancy label. Do I even want to know how many folks bought this thing online before catching on, or am I the only sucker?

Man, that's a classic garage sale hustle. For future reference, grab a small tub of spackle and a putty knife for under ten bucks, that actually fixes holes without the tape trick.
