My partner walked out during 'Cats' but I stayed for the whole thing

I paid $14 for a ticket to the 2019 movie version, and while the human-feline CGI is unsettling, the sheer commitment to the bit is kind of amazing. Has anyone else found a movie so bizarre it becomes weirdly compelling?

That frog general scene in Holy Mountain is burned into my memory. The whole movie feels like a test of endurance, but you have to respect the director's complete lack of compromise. It's the cinematic equivalent of a fever dream you can't wake up from.

What's the most bizarre movie you've ever watched all the way through?

All the way through" is the key phrase here. I sat through "The Holy Mountain" once and my brain still hasn't forgiven me. It's two hours of pure what the hell, from people getting their poop turned into gold to a frog fighting in a tiny military uniform. I finished it just to say I did, but I felt like I needed a shower for my mind afterwards.
