Oh man, "oh boy" is putting it lightly. I actually sat through the whole thing in theaters back in 2000. Walked out feeling like I lost brain cells. It's so bad I remember people laughing at the parts that were supposed to be serious. That scene where they fly the Harrier jet through the tunnel? Absolute gold for all the wrong reasons. Honestly, the Razzies got that one right, it's a masterpiece of terrible filmmaking.
