That Tuesday when every other car had the same busted wheel bearing

I had five cars come in on one Tuesday with front passenger side wheel bearing noise, all different makes and models. Made me wonder if there was something in the water or just a weird coincidence, has anyone else seen a pattern like that all at once?

Bet those cars all rolled off the same bad bearing production line.

Had the exact same thing happen a few years back with a batch of water pumps. Came in on three different cars over two days, all from the same manufacturer, all failed the exact same way. Makes you wonder how many more are still out there waiting to go.

Wait you're telling me every single one of those cars had the same bad bearing? Like from the same exact production batch? That's insane. I've seen recalls before but that sounds like a whole factory line just gave up on quality control for a day.

Did the universe just decide to mess with your shop that day or what...? I've had those weird streaks too where it feels like every car that rolls in is hiding the same secret, probably just some cosmic joke on us mechanics. Guess we can't blame the water when it's probably my own bad luck rubbing off on the customers' cars.
