I finally realized why my guitar playing sucks, and you might too
I skipped proper chord practice to learn songs fast, and now I can't play anything smoothly. This mistake wasted a month of my time and it's really annoying lol. What's the fastest way to get chord changes down pat?

Which chord transitions are the roughest for you right now? If you can pinpoint, say, moving from D to F#m, you could drill just those changes with a metronome. Slow practice always beats fast mess-ups imo. How many minutes a day are you dedicating to just chord changes without any song context?

betty567, in my experience, switching between slow and medium speed each day stops my muscle memory from getting too stiff. Your mileage may vary, but it keeps the practice from feeling like a chore.
