Exactly! I saw the report and it was a total system failure. The autopilot software got confused by a faded lane marker, and the driver wasn't paying attention at all. It's that simple combo that did it. Both parts of the system, the car and the person, messed up at the same time. Makes you wonder how many people are just blindly trusting that tech. Really basic stuff that shouldn't have happened.

That report showed the driver's hands were off the wheel for over 30 seconds before impact. It's scary how a faded paint line and a few moments of looking away can add up to a total disaster.
