I finally gave up parchment paper liners and just spray the basket directly
Everyone in this group seems to swear by those precut parchment liners for easy cleanup... but I tried them for about 2 weeks and every single time my food came out soggy on the bottom. I figured it was blocking the airflow too much. So I went back to just spraying the basket with avocado oil and shaking halfway through. Food gets way crispier now. It does take a little more scrubbing but nothing a soak cant handle. Has anyone else ditched the liners for better results?

Flip side of this - I actually use liners but I flip them halfway through and it fixes the soggy bottom problem completely lol. The airflow gets through on both sides that way and cleanup is still zero.

Wait, I actually had the EXACT same thought about liners making things soggy so I never used them. But flipping them halfway through? That makes so much sense and now I feel dumb for not trying it myself. Might have to give them another shot.
