Forgot to preheat on a frozen pizza last night - big mistake

I tossed a Totino's party pizza in cold at 6 PM and ended up with a soggy middle and burnt crust after 12 minutes. Has anyone else had better luck with a 3 minute preheat before throwing frozen stuff in there?

Man, that's rough. I've definitely been there with the sad soggy middle situation. A quick preheat is a game changer, even just a couple minutes helps.

Oh totally, I swear the pan has to be screaming hot or it's all downhill from there.
