Dropped 4k on a CRM integration that saved our ass
Back in 2019 we paid 4 grand to wire our agency's CRM into the client reporting tool. Thought it was overkill then. Last month when two accounts merged mid-project, the data just flowed and we didn't lose a single deliverable. Worth every dollar. Anyone else spend big on integrations that only proved themselves years later?
