My neighbor called me out for not fixing my fence for two years

He came over last Tuesday while I was trying to mow the lawn. Just leaned on his side of the broken slats and said, 'You know, it's been like this since you moved in.' Felt like a punch in the gut. I had all the excuses. No time, no money, didn't know how. But seeing it from his yard, it just looked like I didn't care. I spent $300 on wood that weekend and we fixed it together. It took three hours. Made me realize how much adult stuff is just stuff you ignore until someone points it out. What's the one thing you've been putting off that your neighbors probably notice?

Just started with one small section first.

@jordang32 That little win feels so good, doesn't it?

That's honestly the best way to handle a big project. Breaking it down makes it feel possible, right? Starting small stops you from getting totally overwhelmed. You get a win right away with that first section done. It builds momentum for the next part. How's it feeling so far, tackling it piece by piece?
