We filmed our last one on a client's phone while they were actually using the product. The raw footage with the bad lighting and background noise did way better than our old studio shots. People seem to connect with the unpolished reality of it, like seeing the actual workspace over their shoulder. It's hard to argue with a genuine moment, even if the production value is basically zero.

Laura's right about desensitization training, but that car motion is a whole other beast. I found taking them completely out of the vehicle to use the box at stops worked better than trying in the car.
