I thought pulling all nighters made me a dedicated freelancer. Burnout and shaky hands showed me it's just stupid. Now I set hard stop times and my work is better.
I've had the same press for ages and it was fine. Now every brew ends up with gritty bits at the bottom. Did I get a bad batch of beans or is my technique off?

Unpopular opinion: Reclaimed wood projects often create more waste than they save.
About that article on fuel for hauling wood, reusing it still avoids the big energy hit from making new lumber. So even with transport, it can be better for the planet.
