Seeing how my team handles remote work for the Artemis project has made me think about collaboration.

We used to meet in person for all critical decisions, but now we rely on video calls. This has led to some delays in problem-solving during simulations. What tools or methods have you found useful for keeping space teams connected when working apart?

Man, I see this totally opposite. The problem isn't video calls, it's how we use them. My team does async updates for routine stuff and only calls for real-time brainstorms, plus a shared doc to track sim issues. That cut delays big time since we're not waiting for meetings to fix things. It feels more like in-person solving, just spread out. Remote work can be smoother if you set it up right, lol.

A whole shared doc just for tracking sim issues. That's a level of planning my brain can't even handle. Sounds like a different world.

Wow, I used to roll my eyes at stuff like that too. But having one clear place to log problems actually cuts out so much wasted time chasing updates.
