PSA: Constant family arguments over small things spike my anxiety

Ngl, it's draining to live in a tense household.

I saw a couple almost come to blows over cereal boxes at Walmart last week, and I just stood there staring lol. It's wild that people carry that same energy home with them instead of leaving it at the store. If you can't even decompress in your own living room, where are you supposed to go? That constant low level bickering is way worse than one big blowout fight.

How did I ever think big fights were worse?

Down at the local grocery store, I see it all the time. People fight over small stuff like what to buy or who was first in line. It's not just at home, it's in every part of life now, and it drains you. Your house should be where you relax, but when it's tense, it's worse. That kind of steady stress wears you down more than occasional big arguments.
