Vent: Knocked over my pot of chili during portioning
I made a huge batch of chili for my lunches this week. When I was filling the containers, I bumped the pot and it spilled all over the counter and floor. What kind of messes have you guys dealt with while prepping?

My curry disaster showed that a baking sheet under the pot catches spills every time.
