Warning: I thought the 'one-day close' promise from that new title company in Phoenix was total BS until they actually did it.
The agent literally texted me 'docs are ready' at 9 AM and we were signing by 4 PM, which convinced me after my last closing took 3 weeks, lol.

Heard a similar thing from a friend who just sold a condo. Her agent warned her the timeline was crazy tight, maybe two weeks total. The title company they used had a rep for moving fast, but she was still shocked when they called on a Tuesday to say funding was done. She had her check in hand before lunch the next day. It changed her whole view on what was possible in a sale.

That "check in hand before lunch" is the BEST feeling, so always ask your agent for the fastest title company they know.
