Showerthought: I heard a realtor in Phoenix say they closed a deal in 9 days
I was at a coffee shop yesterday and overheard a realtor talking about a client who needed to move fast for a new job. They said they got a full inspection, appraisal, and all the paperwork done in just 9 days by having everyone lined up and ready to go. It made me realize how much of a fast closing is just about prep work and communication, not magic. Has anyone else pulled off a closing that quick, or was that just a lucky one-off?

We closed in 10 days on our last house. The key was having our lender and inspector booked before we even made the offer. We also did a pre-inspection on the house we were selling to avoid any last minute surprises.

Honestly that's wild. Tbh I can't even get my mail forwarded that fast. Sounds like they had their whole team on speed dial.
