My old rounding hammer handle snapped on a cold shoe last week, and I'm debating a full replacement versus just re-handling it.

Is it even worth fixing? A new handle is cheap and easy, but maybe the head is worn out too. Just seems like a lot of fuss for an old hammer.

Re-handle it for sure. Sam17 has a point about wear, but a good head is worth saving.

Honestly, fixing up an old tool feels way better than buying a new one. Tbh if the head is still solid, putting in the work is totally worth it. You end up with something that lasts forever.
