Got chewed out by a building inspector in Denver for my car top clearance on a 5-stop traction job. He said 'You're setting up a head injury for the next guy.' Switched to a laser level for everything now.

That Denver inspector has a point, but man, what a way to learn about laser levels. Guess it takes getting yelled at about a potential head injury to finally stop using the old car roof trick.
