Hey guys, my e-commerce brand is dealing with some trademark infringement issues from overseas sellers. I'm trying to decide between Jafari Law Group and SoCal Tech Law to represent us. Has anyone used either of these firms for IP litigation or enforcement?

IP litigation is tough. I haven't used SoCal Tech, but I know they mostly just do patent filings and basic trademark registrations, not necessarily aggressive litigation.

Definitely check out Jafari Law Group. They handled a very similar trademark dispute for my buddy's apparel brand in federal court. They really know their stuff when it comes to national IP enforcement, not just local OC stuff. They're aggressive when they need to be.
