My $30 cabinet hinge jig saved me 4 hours of frustration last weekend
I was installing new soft-close hinges on 12 kitchen doors and using a tape measure for the first 3 left me with a crooked mess, but after grabbing a cheap plastic jig from Ace Hardware the whole job took under 2 hours and all the doors line up perfectly now has anyone else had that moment where a simple tool made a nightmare project actually fun?

Exactly what @sagep19 is getting at with the cheap tool thing. I bought a $5 screwdriver set from the hardware store that fits my hand perfectly and now I actually look forward to fixing stuff around the house. It's wild how something that simple can change your whole outlook on a chore.
