Fixed my rattling washing machine with a $3 pool noodle
I cut a pool noodle into chunks and shoved them under the feet to stop the shaking. It worked for two whole loads until the noodle bits went flying across the laundry room. Has anyone found a cheap fix that actually stays put?

Wait your buddy's dog actually ate the pool noodle chunks? That's wild. I mean I've heard of dogs eating socks and shoes but a pool noodle? That stuff is like foam rubber. I'm surprised it didn't cause a blockage or something. Did the dog just chew it up and pass it or did it actually swallow whole pieces? That's a whole new level of washing machine fix gone wrong.

Man my buddy tried that and his dog ate the noodle bits before the wash even finished.

Did your buddy try draining the noodles first or just dump the whole pot in there @evan_campbell? Dogs really do have a sixth sense for the dumbest kitchen accidents. Mine once stole a whole stick of butter off the counter while I was blinking. I blame the dog, but maybe we just need better timing.
