Pro tip: I was at a support group in Omaha and a guy brought his pet parrot who kept saying 'I object!'

Wonder if the parrot picked that up from its owner or if the guy was a lawyer bringing his work home. That phrase is so specific. Did the bird only say it during the serious parts, or was it just random? I need to know if the group started treating the parrot like a weird, feathery therapist who interrupted on purpose.

My cousin's therapy dog got kicked out of a clinic in Lincoln for barking at a stress ball. Honestly, a parrot yelling legal phrases at a support group is next level. That bird probably caused more breakthroughs than the actual therapist. Tbh I'd pay to see that, it sounds way more useful than most meetings.

But come on, is it really that big a deal? It's a funny story, but calling it a breakthrough moment feels like a stretch. Support groups are for real talk, not a bird's random catchphrase. The guy probably just thought it was a quirky bit, not some deep therapy tool. It's more of a weird distraction than anything truly helpful.
