Just realized I was the one making every first date feel like a job interview

It hit me last week when a guy in a coffee shop in Austin actually said 'wow, you ask a lot of questions.' I was so focused on keeping the conversation going that I never just let a silence sit or shared anything about myself. Anyone else get stuck in that 'interviewer' mode on dates?
