Caught myself putting ketchup on eggs for 30 years before someone said something
My partner just stared at me last Tuesday morning while I was drowning my scrambled eggs in Heinz. She goes "you know that masks the actual egg flavor right?" and I had to sit there and realize she was 100% correct. Anyone else blindly follow a habit for decades without questioning it?

My buddy Dave spent 3 hours one Saturday pressure washing his driveway, which he'd done like 5 times before. He was blasting away at these stubborn oil stains from his old truck, just in the zone with the sprayer. Around hour 2 he realized he was basically making the same spot wet over and over, not even cleaning it anymore. He told me he just stood there holding the wand like a dummy for a solid minute after that.
