Beware the janky kiosk at the DMV on 6th Ave

Went to renew my tags last Thursday and that self-service kiosk ate my card twice before giving me a receipt for nothing. The screen said 'processing' for like 10 minutes and the line behind me was getting salty. The clerk finally came out and said they've had 3 calls about it today alone, but nobody put a sign up. Has anyone else gotten double charged at one of those things or am I just lucky?
