A customer serenaded me over the phone today

Got a call from a frustrated customer. He started singing about his issues and we both cracked up. What's the most absurd way a customer has made your day better?

This guy did a full puppet show with his socks once to show why his internet was slow. Totally get what @king.lisa means about the soap opera thing, it's that same kind of wild energy. Made the whole tech support queue worth it that day. Just people being wonderfully strange.
