That glam squad at the county fair made me rethink my kit setup

Went to the county fair in Dayton last weekend and saw this 3 person team doing quick updos out of a tent. They had everything in these clear tackle boxes sorted by finish, not by product type. Took them like 8 minutes per client with zero digging. I've been using a giant tote for years and it got me thinking, am I overcomplicating my own station? Has anyone else switched to a color coded or function based organizer and actually seen faster turnaround?
