Had to choose between a classic razor cut or a new texturizing technique for a client with fine hair, went with the razor and it totally saved the shape.

Oh man, this is so true. I was totally on the texturizing bandwagon for a while, thinking it was the only way to add volume to fine hair. But seeing a few cuts grow out all wrong changed my mind. The razor gives you that softness without losing all the structure, it just holds up better. You made the right call.
