I rolled my eyes at those '5-minute journal' apps for years, but my therapist in Denver finally got me to try one for a solid month.

I was shocked when looking back at my entries from April actually showed a clear shift in my daily stress levels, so has anyone else had a simple tool they doubted completely change their routine?
