Fired my $60 a month booking app and went back to a paper calendar, best move I made all spring
Was double booking clients in Cedar Rapids because the app kept syncing wrong, so I taped a $4 calendar to the wall and haven't messed up a single slot in 3 months. Anyone else ditched the tech and gone back to something simple?
Tried the same thing about two years back when my old app kept double booking folks on Saturdays. Grab a calendar with big squares and write in pencil so you can erase when things move around. Color code it too, like blue for cuts and red for colors, that way you can see your whole week at a glance without tapping through screens. One tip though, take a picture of it every Sunday night on your phone so you have a backup if coffee ever hits it.
