Update: My homemade concrete bench cured into a wobbly sculpture
I spent a weekend trying to make a simple garden bench with some leftover bag mix. The forms looked good, but I must have messed up the water ratio because it never fully hardened in the middle. Now it leans to one side and rocks if you sit on it, like a weird concrete rocking chair. My neighbors keep asking if it's modern art.

Rowan's on the right track with the water thing, but it's more about strength than just being wobbly. Too much water makes the mix weak so it never cures hard.

Honestly, did you eyeball the water like I did? Tbh, my first concrete slab never hardened properly and stayed kinda soft. Now it's just a weird rock in my yard.
