PSA: My comic bagging phase ended over eco worries

Most fans I know always bag their comics to keep them safe (you know, with those plastic sleeves). I used to do that too, but I started seeing all the plastic waste. At a local con, I saw bins full of old bags and boards, which really hit home. That made me stop and switch to just storing them neatly. It's not the popular choice, but I think we should care more about the planet.

Yeah, I was the same way for years. Seeing that pile at the con really got to me, kind of like what @olivia439 was saying about it all adding up. Changed my whole view on it.

Come on, one person's comic bags are a drop in the bucket. The real plastic waste comes from way bigger stuff. Feels like you're overthinking it.

Notice how every single person says that about their own plastic use. Your bags, my takeout containers, someone else's water bottles. It all adds up because everyone thinks their bit doesn't count. That's the whole problem, we've all decided we're not the real source.
