Brian's right about killing the reseller mindset. It reminds me of when my cousin tried to sell his old baseball cards online. He spent weeks sorting and pricing, got super stressed, and barely made any money. Now he just gives them to kids in the neighborhood and says their excitement is way better than the cash ever was.

The best part is how it kills the reseller mindset. You can't hunt for specific value, so you just enjoy the surprise. It turns the whole thing back into a game.
