Spent 3 hours on a Python script and it was one typo in a variable name
Had a web scraper failing silently every time I ran it, and after digging through logs I found I spelled 'response' as 'responce' on line 47. Has anyone else wasted a whole evening hunting down something this simple?

Man its wild how the smallest slip ups can wreck the whole thing. Kinda like how forgetting one grocery item can mess up your whole dinner plan.

oh dude 100% yes. last week i literally spent an hour prepping all the ingredients for my famous chili, got everything simmering, then realized i forgot the damn chili powder. tried to salvage it with paprika and cayenne but it was just not the same. my whole night was thrown off, had to order pizza instead cause it tasted like sad tomato soup with beans. its crazy how one little thing can just domino the rest of your night into the trash.

Whoa hold on, I gotta push back a little here! I actually think you can totally fix a chili that forgot the chili powder. You had the right idea with cayenne but you gotta add some cumin too, that's what gives it that deep chili flavor. Plus a little smoked paprika goes a long way. I've definitely had to emergency doctor a pot of chili before and it turned out fine, just took an extra 10 minutes of tasting and adjusting. Honestly sometimes my best creations come from those "oh crap" moments where I have to get creative.
