My friend's kid told me 'coding is just fancy puzzle solving' and it totally changed how I teach.

omg yes! I started explaining loops to my niece by comparing them to making a peanut butter sandwich step by step. She got it instantly once it wasn't just abstract code on a screen. That kid is totally right.
