My trainer in Wichita made me stand at the panel with my hands off for 10 minutes
I kept wanting to hit feed hold and adjust the offset mid cut, and he physically pulled my hand back and said let the machine finish the pass first. Watching that one facing op run clean start to finish without me touching a thing showed me I was chasing chatter that wasn't even there. How do you all fight the urge to mess with the dials mid cycle?
