Just hit 50,000 parts on our old VF-2 with zero major crashes
I was checking the machine log this morning and the cycle count was at 50,002. I honestly had to look twice. This is a 2012 Haas that's been running three shifts for years. We've had tool breaks and small offsets, but never a wreck that needed a service call. I think our strict tool change checklist and keeping speeds steady is the key. Has anyone else got a machine that just refuses to quit?
