Hit a milestone today - 100th clean with zero callbacks

Wasn't sure if I'd make it after that tricky flue repair last month where I had to choose between a stainless liner or a clay tile refit. Went with the liner and it's held solid through two heavy burns since. Anyone else track their callback rate or am I just weird?

Went with the liner" stainless is kinda like buying a good pair of boots instead of cheap sneakers. You pay more upfront but it lasts way longer and doesn't fall apart on you. I've noticed most things in life work out better if you just go with the quality option from the start instead of trying to save a few bucks.
