We had this guy who was really good at his job, but someone dug up an old joke he made online like ten years ago. Now he's on 'leave' and probably not coming back... It's crazy how fast things can turn. I used to joke around in our group chats, but now I read everything three times before hitting send. The whole team feels tense, like we're walking on eggshells all the time. Honestly, it just makes me want to keep my head down and not share any real opinions... Where does it end? I'm even worried about liking the wrong post by accident.

Honestly feels like people are overreacting... those old chats are just dumb jokes and random gossip. Who even cares enough to go looking for them now? It's not like we were planning crimes in there. The whole thing seems blown out of proportion to me.
