Posting consistently was the biggest thing for me. I tried to put something out there every couple days, even if it was just a quick thought or a link to something I found interesting. Honestly just engaging with people who commented back made a huge difference too, it felt less like shouting into the void.

Wait, you actually got someone to engage with you on THAT topic? My buddy tried the same thing, posted about callout culture for like three months straight, and all he got was one angry comment telling him he was part of the problem.

Honestly hitting 100 followers feels like a huge win these days, especially for a topic like callout culture where people either love it or hate it. Your buddy got a whole angry comment? That's basically a badge of honor in my book. I spent my first month just getting crickets and a few random bots offering me SEO services, so I'd take that angry comment any day. At least someone cared enough to type something out, right? Consistent posting and actually replying to people is the only reason I got anywhere, but even then it feels like shouting into a fan sometimes.
