Just realized I've been using my camp stove as a table for 9 trips
I was at Big Bend last weekend and watched my buddy actually cook on his stove while I was spreading a map on mine. Has anyone else had that slow-dawning moment where the gear makes sense only after you're home?

Yep. Bought a fancy stove last year and used it exactly zero times for cooking. Used it as a beer holder though. Gear only clicks once you get home and actually think about it.
