The adjuster who asked if I could just 'walk it off'

I was at a Kaiser in Bakersfield after tearing something in my shoulder on a warehouse job, and the claims adjuster on the phone actually asked if I had tried just walking it off. I had to hold the phone away from my face and stare at it for a second before I could even answer. Has anyone else gotten a suggestion that absurd from their adjuster?
