Just crossed 90 days on my comp claim and honestly didn't think I'd make it this far without a denial
My adjuster said I'd probably be back to work by now but my shoulder still clicks every time I reach for a pan on the top shelf, has anyone else hit a random milestone that made them realize this process is way slower than they expected?

Your adjuster said you'd probably be back to work by now" - yeah they love saying that. Mine told me six weeks and I'm sitting here at 14 with a shoulder that still makes that same click when I reach for stuff. If you haven't already, start documenting every single click and grab failure with dates. Send it to your doctor and get them to note it in your records. That little sound is your proof the injury isn't healed yet and the adjuster was wrong. It's a small thing but it can really help push back if they try to close you out too soon.

My adjuster at Liberty Mutual said the same thing, told me 8 weeks max for a back strain. I hit 120 days last week and she still hadn't checked my latest MRI results. Honestly I think those milestone numbers are mostly for their internal metrics, not your actual recovery. The click in your shoulder is real, but don't let it fool you into thinking the system cares about that sound.
