TIL sharpening a band saw blade by hand takes 4 hours in a 40 degree shop in Wichita

I tried to hand file a 12 foot blade after a bad weld buried the teeth, trust me after 4 hours I was questioning if I should just buy new or keep chasing that set, has anyone else gone down this road and actually made it cut straight?
