I used to answer my shop phone at 6am, now it goes straight to a $30 answering service in Tulsa
For two years I picked up every call at my print shop, even during my kid's birthday party, because I was scared of missing a job. Last March I finally paid $30 a month for an answering service out of Tulsa, and my stress dropped so much I actually started sleeping through the night. Any other owners here hand off the phones, or do you still feel weird not picking up yourself?
What made you finally pull the trigger last March after two years of hanging on? I keep telling myself I'll hand off the phones but there's always some excuse.
