Did you ever hear that thing about how planning too far ahead can make you feel less connected to the actual days? I read somewhere that when people batch tasks like that, they lose the little spark that comes from a fresh start each week. Maybe try going back to one week at a time and see if the lazy feeling goes away.
What made you switch to the 3 month setup in the first place? Seems like there must have been a reason, maybe you got busy or felt stressed about keeping up each week. If the weekly spread was working and only became a problem later, going back might not fix whatever pushed you away from it. Curious what @torres.sage thinks about that part, since the fresh start idea only helps if you actually have the time to sit down every Sunday.
